Delete your Dragon Poop data
Dragon Poop (by Syntax Circus) has no game account, so there is no account to close. This page explains what information we hold about a player, how to ask for it to be deleted, and what is kept. For the full picture, see the Privacy Policy.
Delete your agreement record (fastest)
- Open Dragon Poop and go to Settings.
- Tap Delete my agreement record and confirm.
The game asks our server to delete every agreement record for your installation and clears the agreement and the installation ID from your device. You will be asked to agree again the next time you open the game, and crash reporting stays off until you have.
Use this control if you can. Our server stores records under a one-way hash of the installation ID, so we cannot find a record from an email that does not include it.
Ask us to delete anything else
Email support@syntaxcircus.com with the subject Dragon Poop privacy request. Tell us what you would like deleted and include anything that helps us find it, such as the platform and approximate purchase date. Please do not send government ID, passwords, or card details. We respond within 30 days.
What is deleted, and what is kept

| Crash reports and diagnostics | Deleted automatically after 90 days. We can delete earlier on request if you can identify the report. |
| Purchase and entitlement records (anonymous RevenueCat customer ID, transactions) | Kept as needed to restore purchases, resolve disputes, and meet financial and legal requirements. Sales and accounting records are kept for about seven years, then deleted or anonymized. |
| Support email you sent us | Deleted on request, except where we need it to resolve a dispute or meet a legal obligation. |
| Game progress and settings | Stored only on your device. Clearing app data or uninstalling removes it, and progress cannot be restored. |
Purchases are processed by Apple or Google, and Discord, if you use it, is a separate service. Requests about those need to go to them.
