Dragon Poop Terms of Use

Effective date: October 8, 2026

Agreement and eligibility

These Terms are between you and Syntax Circus, LLC ("we," "us," or "our") and govern the Dragon Poop game and www.dragonpoop.com. By using them, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use them.

Dragon Poop is intended for people 13 and older. If you are below the age of majority where you live, you must have your parent or guardian's permission to use the game and make purchases. That does not allow use by children under 13. When you first open the game, it asks you to confirm that you meet the minimum age of 13 and to agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy; we keep a record of that agreement as described in the Privacy Policy. Store content ratings are separate from this eligibility requirement.

Your store's terms also apply. For an Apple download, Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement applies to the matters it covers. Nothing here overrides mandatory store requirements or rights you have under applicable law.

License and ownership

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to use the game on compatible devices as permitted by your store's rules and to use the website for personal purposes. The game is licensed, not sold. The game, artwork, audio, code, design, and branding belong to Syntax Circus or their respective licensors. Rights not expressly granted are reserved.

Do not copy or redistribute the game, extract and distribute its assets, sell unauthorized versions or merchandise, bypass purchase or entitlement checks, interfere with our services, or use them unlawfully. Do not reverse engineer or decompile the game except to the extent applicable law permits despite this restriction. These restrictions do not limit uses the law independently allows.

Screenshots, videos, streams, and reviews

You may share screenshots and recordings of your own gameplay, publish reviews, and stream the game, including on monetized channels. You may show the game's name and on-screen content as part of that coverage. You do not need to ask us first.

This permission does not authorize distributing the game or extracted assets, selling our artwork as standalone products, or implying that your channel, content, or product is sponsored or endorsed by us. Respect other people's rights and the rules of the platform you use. We retain ownership of the game and its assets; this permission does not transfer those rights to you.

Free content, rewards, and purchases

The complete five-mission Castle Crappystone chapter is free. Royal Gold is earned by completing those missions on any difficulty. Cosmic Crapstorm is an optional, one-time cosmetic purchase and does not increase combat power. There are no ads or subscriptions in the current game.

If you are below the age of majority where you live, ask a parent or guardian before making a purchase. Parents and guardians can use their store's purchase controls, such as Apple's Ask to Buy or Google Play's purchase approval. Purchase prices, currency, and applicable charges are displayed by the store at checkout. Marketing reference prices do not override the price shown to you by the store. Apple or Google processes payment; RevenueCat verifies and manages purchase ownership. We do not receive your payment-card details.

Future expansion chapters may be offered separately as permanent, non-subscription purchases when released. A purchase covers the content described at checkout, not every future chapter or an unlimited entitlement to future releases. We do not sell unfinished chapters or promise release dates here.

"Permanent" means the purchase does not have a recurring fee or scheduled subscription expiry. It does not promise eternal service availability, compatibility with every future device, or continued access after a valid refund or revocation. These qualifications do not limit mandatory consumer rights or permit us to disregard obligations applicable to purchased digital content.

Restore, refunds, and platform limits

Use RESTORE PURCHASES in the Dragon Dung-eon while online and signed into the store account used for the purchase. Restoration is subject to the store's rules and purchase availability. Apple and Google stores have separate purchase systems; we do not promise that a purchase transfers between iOS and Android.

Refund requests are handled through Apple or Google Play, subject to their processes and applicable consumer law. We can help investigate a purchase problem but do not approve or guarantee store refunds. Refunded or revoked purchases may lose access after ownership refreshes. A valid restored purchase restores purchased content, not local mission progress or earned rewards.

Saves, connectivity, and compatibility

Progress and settings are stored on your device. We do not provide cloud synchronization of game progress or guarantee recovery after uninstalling, clearing app data, changing devices, or a failed device backup. Contact Support before deleting app data while troubleshooting.

The free chapter works offline. Buying and restoring purchases needs a connection; previously verified ownership may work offline using its device cache. Network, store, and device limitations can affect these features. We do not guarantee compatibility with every device or future operating-system release.

Playing comfortably

The game contains cartoon violence (bombing, fire, and boss fights), crude humor, bright and flashing effects, motion, sound, and vibration. Adjust difficulty, subtitles, larger text, Reduce motion and flashing, screen shake, music, sound effects, and vibration in Settings as appropriate. A small number of people may experience seizures or discomfort from flashing lights; if you are sensitive to them, turn on Reduce motion and flashing before you play, and stop if you feel unwell. Pause or stop if the experience causes discomfort. These settings do not promise to remove every visual effect or meet every accessibility need; tell us if something prevents you from playing.

Privacy, feedback, and other services

Our Privacy Policy explains local data, purchase records, diagnostics, website analytics, and support correspondence. It controls where these Terms conflict with it about personal-information practices.

If you send ideas or feedback, you permit us to use them without an obligation to compensate or credit you. This does not transfer ownership of your unrelated work or authorize uses of your personal information outside the Privacy Policy. Do not send material you consider confidential.

The game and website link to stores, Discord, and other services. Those services have their own terms and privacy practices, and we do not control them. Community participation is optional and subject to the community/platform rules. Support is offered on a reasonable-efforts basis without a guaranteed response deadline.

Disclaimers

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the game and website are provided "as is" and "as available," without implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, error-free play, or that every defect will be fixed. This section does not exclude warranties or other obligations that the law does not allow us to exclude.

Liability and claims caused by misuse

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for claims relating to the game, website, or these Terms will not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid for Dragon Poop content in the 12 months before the claim or (b) US$100. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, lost profits, or lost data to the extent those exclusions are lawful. Multiple claims do not increase this cap.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, if your unlawful use or material breach of these Terms causes a third-party claim against us, you agree to reimburse reasonable costs arising from that conduct, including reasonable legal fees. This does not require you to pay for claims caused by our own unlawful conduct or waive mandatory consumer protections.

Your statutory rights

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be waived, including applicable consumer rights relating to digital content, refunds, warranties, or liability. Some jurisdictions do not permit particular exclusions or caps, so those provisions may not apply to you. Mandatory protections prevail over conflicting wording here.

Changes and termination

We may update the game, website, or these Terms. Material changes will be identified by a revised effective date and any additional notice required by law. Continued use following appropriate notice constitutes acceptance to the extent permitted by applicable law. If you do not agree, stop using the affected service; any remedies required by consumer law remain available.

We may suspend or end your license for a material breach, subject to applicable law. We may change or discontinue services, subject to obligations we have for purchased content and mandatory consumer protections. Ownership, feedback permissions, privacy-related obligations, lawful liability provisions, dispute provisions, and general terms continue to apply where relevant after use ends.

Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Utah, USA, without applying its conflict-of-law rules, except that you retain any mandatory protections of the laws where you live.

Disputes may be brought in Utah state or federal courts, but consumers retain any mandatory right to bring a claim in the courts where they live. Either party may use an appropriate small-claims court for a qualifying individual claim, and seek relief in a competent court to protect intellectual property. These Terms do not require mandatory arbitration or waive class-action rights.

General and contact

These Terms and the Privacy Policy are the agreement governing your use of Dragon Poop, subject to applicable store terms and mandatory law. If a provision is unenforceable, it is limited or removed to the minimum necessary while the remainder continues. Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign this agreement without permission; we may transfer it to a business successor subject to applicable law. Comply with applicable export laws.
